Second Sunrise Studio was created from lived experience.
After experiencing a life-changing stroke in my early twenties and rebuilding my own confidence, independence and identity, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when everything suddenly changes.
Living with disability taught me that recovery isn't simply about overcoming challenges—it is about discovering new strengths, rebuilding confidence and creating a meaningful life in your own way.
That experience shapes every session I provide. Whether you are seeking therapeutic support, disability mentoring or counselling, you'll be met with empathy, respect and genuine understanding rather than judgement.
I know how isolating it can feel to ask for help, which is why I have created a calm, welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It is to walk alongside you, helping you build confidence, strengthen emotional wellbeing and take practical steps towards the future you want.
Support that meets you where you are.
Every person’s journey is different. Our goal is not to change who you are. It is to help you feel more confident, more capable and more connected to the life you want.
That is why we take the time to get to know you, understand what matters most to you, and create support that feels right for your life.
