our services

Compassionate support to help you build confidence, independence and a future you feel excited about.

At Second Sunrise Studio, we provide personalised therapeutic support, disability mentoring, psychosocial recovery coaching and NDIS support work for women and young adults. Based in Melbourne, we also offer secure online support Australia-wide, making it easier to access the right support wherever you are.

Whether you're living with disability, ADHD, autism, anxiety, navigating the NDIS, preparing for university or employment, or working through a major life transition, every session is tailored to your individual goals, strengths and needs.

We believe meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely heard, understood and supported. Our person-centred, strengths-based approach focuses on building confidence, emotional wellbeing, practical life skills and greater independence, so you can move towards the life you want with hope and self-belief.

Support that is personal, practical and centred around you.

No two people are the same, which is why every session is tailored to your goals, strengths and the areas of life you would like support with.

We believe the best support is not about telling you what to do. It is about helping you understand yourself, recognise your strengths, and feel empowered to make choices that are right for you.

Our approach is warm, collaborative and focused on helping you build confidence, improve your wellbeing and feel more empowered in your everyday life.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking therapeutic support, engaging in psychosocial recovery coaching or looking for a mentor in your corner, we are here to walk alongside you at your own pace.

Therapeutic Support

Life can bring unexpected challenges, transitions and periods of uncertainty. Whether you're navigating stress, low confidence, relationship difficulties, disability, emotional overwhelm, or major life changes, these one-on-one sessions provide a safe and supportive space to explore what you're experiencing.

Together, we work to strengthen coping strategies, build resilience, increase self-understanding and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

These sessions are especially valuable for adolescents, university students and young adults who may be adjusting to increasing independence, navigating their future, or simply needing extra support during a difficult season of life.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial recovery coaching is the heart of what we do.

These one-on-one sessions are designed to support your mental health, wellbeing, confidence and overall quality of life.

Together, we work on building practical skills, strengthening routines, improving emotional wellbeing and helping you move towards the life you want.

We know that when you have experienced disability, mental health challenges or significant life setbacks, it can be hard to know where to begin. That is why we focus on small, meaningful steps that help you build confidence over time.

Disability Mentoring

Our mentoring sessions offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel encouraged, understood and empowered.

These sessions are designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your sense of identity, and recognise the strengths you already have within you.

Mentoring is about having someone in your corner who believes in you, encourages you and reminds you of what is possible when things feel difficult.

SUPPORT WORK

Support work is about more than getting through the day, it's about creating a life you genuinely enjoy.

Whether that's trying a new café, visiting the zoo, building confidence catching public transport, preparing for university, attending appointments, exploring a new hobby or simply having someone supportive by your side, every session is designed around what matters most to you.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. Some days might focus on practical life skills, while others might be about getting out into the community, building friendships, increasing confidence or celebrating small wins together.

My role is to walk alongside you, encourage you, and help you build the confidence and independence to create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Support is available at home, in the community or wherever you feel most comfortable working towards your goals.

You deserve support that feels safe, empowering and genuinely helpful.

If you are not sure which service is right for you, that is completely okay.

We can talk through your goals, needs and current situation in a free discovery call and work out what support would feel most helpful for you.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can take it one step at a time, together.
