our services
Support that helps you feel more confident, capable and hopeful about the future.
At Second Sunrise Studio, we offer gentle, one-on-one support designed to help women and gender-diverse people feel more confident, capable and in control of their lives.
Our services are built around the belief that no matter what someone has been through, healing, growth and positive change are possible.
Whether you are navigating the NDIS, wanting support with your mental health and wellbeing, or simply looking for someone in your corner, our services are tailored to meet you where you are.
Support that is personal, practical and centred around you.
No two people are the same, which is why every session is tailored to your goals, strengths and the areas of life you would like support with.
We believe the best support is not about telling you what to do. It is about helping you understand yourself, recognise your strengths, and feel empowered to make choices that are right for you.
Our approach is warm, collaborative and focused on helping you build confidence, improve your wellbeing and feel more empowered in your everyday life.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking therapeutic support, engaging in psychosocial recovery coaching or looking for a mentor in your corner, we are here to walk alongside you at your own pace.
