Second Sunrise was created from lived experience. After experiencing a major setback in life and learning to navigate life with disability myself, I know how isolating, exhausting and uncertain things can feel.
I also know that healing, growth and confidence are possible, even when life looks very different to what you once imagined.
My own journey taught me that with the right support, small steps can become life-changing ones.
That lived experience means I understand how important it is to feel heard, respected and supported by someone who truly sees you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Whether you are feeling stuck, unsure where to start, disconnected from supports, or simply wanting someone in your corner, I am here to help you take the next step.
